This is one of the best detailing company we have ever used to clean our vehicles. The owner contacted me on several occasions to ensure the appointment fit into my schedule and was very accommodating. Additionally the gentleman detailing my vehicle, Jeremy did a fantastic job that even my wife was impressed with. She said the car was so clean was going to shower before using the car so not to spoil the detail job! Highly recommend and I will be using them again.
The detail was booked well in advance and the detailer actually arrived earlier than the window that was given (which was great)! I had paid for the silver package due to pet hair and stain removal (nothing too bad, just sunscreen stains from the summer on leather/plastic which required a stronger solution). Cyril came on time and spent about two hours on the car, we weren’t home to see the final result but were sent pictures of the carpet etc, which all looked clean. When we got home, we checked out the car and it still had MOST of the sunscreen stains on the plastic and console. Some of the spray marks were left on the leather seats without being wiped down properly. We were VERY disappointed in the way this car was detailed. If I wanted a generic vacuum and wipe down, I would’ve gone to the regular Carwash! That being said, I spoke to John who was the manager of this booking after the detail was finished and he was great! He sent Cyril out the next day to refine the detail. Unfortunately, this was not the best interaction with Cyril. He was VISIBLY annoyed and loud, telling me there’s no way to remove the stain although that is what I paid for. He used the same solution for the entire car instead of treating the different material. Even my neighbor overheard the interaction and asked if I was okay because of his loud voice. I wasn’t going to continue arguing with him, so I let him leave. The next day, I called John to get this squared away. John was totally understanding and apologetic of the experience and even worked with me to give me a discounted refund. He is the reason why I would use the service again (with another detailer) and was wonderful to work with! Overall, good clean and great customer service. Thanks John!
Thomas did a great job with our car. It was full of sand and stains from the kids post-vacation and now looks brand new inside and out! Highly recommended!
Excellent detailing job by Elvis today on my Kia soul. He was in time, communicative, and the car is spotless and smells clean. He got a big stain out of one of the seats. Highly recommend and will use again!
I chose the Bronze Car Detailing option for a larger car (Subaru Outback) and the results were astounding !!! Elvis truly did a great job ensuring every crumb and piece of dog hair was out of the car, and the communication was very professional and timely. The tires looked especially incredible. Highly recommend!
