Felicia provided excellent service! At my first appointment, she took the time to educate me about the entire process and made everything feel comfortable and easy to understand. She creates an intimate, welcoming experience from start to finish. I decided to come back for a second appointment, and once again, it was amazing. Felicia is so friendly and keeps great conversation—you barely even notice any discomfort because she keeps you at ease. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and I’ll absolutely be returning!

I love Silver Bloom! Ms Felicia is so sweet, she has such a warm & inviting spirit. Im new to sugar waxing & during my appointment she took her time explaining all the benefits. She is very knowledgeable and I like that she does skin prep before and does aftercare. I get the Brazilian sugar wax and it only takes about 15min she has me in and out each time. I would recommend to try any one of her services she is a true professional in her field! Oh and check out her instagram if you need a good laugh too lol 😂

I have been a client of Miss Felicia for awhile now and I have had nothing but the best experience! I was new to sugaring and waxing as a whole and she made my very first experience a memorable one.
