Greg, and all the guys at Silver Star, were fabulous! Our Mercedes sprinter van was out of alignment and they were able to get it fixed before we had to leave town. Really appreciate their quick service. The price was good, and they were very nice to work with.

Update, went back for some additional services and everything was just as good if not better than the last time! I had some things needed done before a long road trip and they made it happen! Everyone was very nice. Service was quick and a great price! I will definitely bring my car back to be serviced here again!

My back seats to my Ford Explorer stopped working. I could not fold one done to have extra storage in the back and the other one was stuck halfway making it difficult for more storage and not having access to an extra seat. Having these seats not work was a daily frustration with a family of 5. I was recommended to Silver Star by several family members. The first time I took it in Bryce and the team diagnosed the problem and FIXED my seats the same day! The cost for the diagnosis was cheaper than the leading dealership and the fact that they even fixed my seats that same day it was really impressive. A week later my seats had stopped working again. I had joined a carpool and really needed the seats working or at least upright and useable. Kendal at Silver Star was so understanding of my dilemma and got me in right away and made it right. Bryce and Scott worked on it. Unfortunately they suspect there is a deeper issue but took the time to get my seats upright and useable until we can bring the car back to get the seats fixed. They made sure that I was left with a functioning and did this all free of charge!! They went above and beyond and showed genuine care with my little dilemma. I trust and highly appreciate Scott and his team and how they do the right thing!! Thank you Silver Star we will be back!

Silver Star Automobile was an amazing experience. My Mercedes Sprinter motor home had blown a fuel line and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a timely period and got me back on the road. I would highly recommend them if you’re in the Spokane WA area and need service on your Mercedes. This is a picture taken 7/23 on the Oregon coast.
