I was experiencing some major noise issues in my new apartment (construction defect w/rattling railing). I reached out to Jake, and he offered to assess the situation via video and then with in-person consult within 24 hours. After learning I was having to look elsewhere for help, apartment management suddenly had a change of heart and decided to do something about it. I didn't end up moving forward w/Silverado, but if I ever need help in the future or need to suggest a referral, Jake is the first person on my list.

Have used Silverado for several renovations in the past, so when our garage ceiling caved in they were the first call we made. Quick response getting a crew out within the week to get this repaired. Looks great as usual!

Jake and his crew were great. They helped us transform our suite at Red Door Escape Room into our new Game Show Studio experience. Super prompt communication (which is often a struggle with other GCs I’ve worked with). Work was high quality. They were admittedly a little more expensive than some other bids we received, but we felt it was worth the value and we didn’t want to skimp on quality. Would gladly work with Silverado again for future projects.

Jake was easy to work with and helped me with the design and features I was looking for. The design is robust and functional. He was patient, having to work through a few hurdles including weather. Silverado’s billing and change order process is very smooth. Finished garage and driveway are exactly what we wanted.

We had Jake and his team complete a full bathroom remodel and they did a fantastic job! As first time home-owners who purchased a 1960s home, the remodel process seemed daunting. Jake and his team made the process go smoothly and as stress-free as possible! The bathroom looks incredible and we have the peace of mind knowing it was done right. Would highly recommend Jake and his team and will definitely be using them for future remodels!
