10/10. For one, the store is awesome inside, everything you need if ever you want to build your own pc. And the customer service is amazing as well. Definitely coming here again for when I build my girlfriend’s PC. Also the cable management job they did is so crisp.

This is my third PC with Simon and I recently moved to Texas so I had it shipped to me. Dan has incredible communication and excellent customer service. If you are looking for a laptop or desktop Simon is absolutely the place to go! They offer credit free financing and you'll be able to choose from a large selection of builds tailored to your needs. THANK YOU SIMON! Absolutely delivered... literally. Edit: Dan the man! This is now my 4th PC build, I do not live in Virginia Beach or the Hampton Roads area anymore, I reside in Texas, I still choose Simon. That being said, I have refer a handful of clients to Dan and hope to still continue to do so. The process from ordering my computers to receiving them has been absolutely seamless on their end every time. We had some slight damage on my last PC being shipped but why would I slam simon for this, its clearly the shipping companies fault, so you can ignore anything anyone complains about on that. So this takes me to the new PC I have..... What a incredible build, absolute beast of a computer and my first top of the line build with them. I couldn't be more happy. It'll be a shame when I launch the same company model here in Texas and I will have to steal Dan and his family for that... 😅🚀 (joking)
