I’ve been going here and been in communication with this store many times for a couple of years now. Made the nightmarish decision of doing all liquid cooling build. I couldn’t keep up with the maintenance of it all so I drained it and the fan/AIO combination. They were able to swap out the old parts and new parts and they do a great clean up job as well! About a year later I came back to swap out some more parts for some needed upgrades. Fast forward to now I currently own one of their custom built laptops as I have had to travel for work. And I gotta say, they do a great job for the laptops and it’s super convenient. And I still get to play current games with the best up to date parts! Their maintenance it’s great and their prices are fair. Their customer support is genuine and these people are the “go-to” when it comes to knowledge. There’s so much good to say about these people. When it comes to builds and such they are very communicative. Especially when it comes to payment plans the like and are more than willing to work with you as best they can. Although I no longer live in Virginia, the next time I plan to do any future PC related business, whether it be repairs, insight, recommendations, or even getting a whole new build, I will be sure to go here first and I highly recommend others do the same. Thank you all so much for your awesome work!

They helped me with my very first REAL PC. Dan was fantastic the entire time - you don't feel pressured to get anything either. They just like to help. I recommend my friends and coworkers to come to Simon's. You ain't beating anywhere else! Photos as proof of purchase.
