I bought my wife two gift certificates for Christmas. Her first massage was great — no complaints there. But when she booked the next one, the system autofilled old records from other massage studios and used my daughter’s phone number and my wife’s email. All the appointment texts went to the wrong person. Because of that mix-up, my wife missed a notice, realized she’d be late, and tried calling the salon multiple times — no answer. They eventually called my daughter, but by then my wife had already turned around because she couldn’t reach anyone. She was told there were no refunds or rebooking, and she lost $100 (only the tip was refunded). The owner later confirmed that the policy is to give whatever remaining time is available if a client is late… but that wasn’t offered or honored. My wife even removed her original review to help a small business, but people deserve to know what happened.

I visited Simple Wellness on my daughter's recommendation, who is a regular client. I had a great experience, and will return! The atmosphere is clean, calm and soothing. Abby was a skilled therapist who was very attentive to my particular concerns and communicated well to make sure her pressure was just right. I left feeling very relaxed and in less pain than I arrived.
