BIG warning ‼️, Don’t buy tires here , unless they provide you with road hazard warranty in writing and make sure the tires are brand new.No road hazards warranty, sold used defective Michelin tires to me on April 2025, 4 days later one of the tires got big cut on the side , in the day i bought the tires guy by the name of joe insurance me that their tires have road hazard warranty but when i went back he told me buy replacement tire and i will get my money back from Michelin , i paid $320 on top of $1240 , i called Michelin and they told me that they don’t have road hazard warranty; i went back to joe and he told me that he can’t help me, what a lier guy are you joe ? I ask for refund as it’s saying in their invoice that they will deduct %25 fee for refund but joe refuse to refund my money, he told me since one of the tires is damaged i can’t get my money back, how is about 3 other tires? I went and complain to my visa but they couldn’t help me but i am filling a complaint to consumer protection of Ontario, my massage is to the owner of simply tires, give my money back or you will hear from consumer protection office soon. Don’t buy tires from this shop, they will sale you defective tires, no warranty and liars sales representative .falls responding from simply tires, the response from you guys completely falls. I got never informed on the day i purchased that Michelin doesn’t have road hazard warranty. Why would i buy tires from you with out warranty ? I could go to costco or canadian tire that have 5 years road hazard warranty.the only reason i purchased tired from you was because of your fake promises on warranty;Stop 🛑 your lies😡, i never told my credit company that i never purchased tires from you guys, i even submitted my invoice to them, they refused the claim because the warranty issue doesn’t cover under credit company policy., don’t believe 5 stars reviews about this place , specially this Yasser guy , he is the worst lier salesman i ever met,

TPMS sensors provided, replaced and programed in less than 45 minutes as a walk in after calling in earlier to check availability. Great service and friendly staff. Nice clean waiting area and parking right in front. A nice bakery across the street for a snack if you are feeling a little peckish. Did some tire and car talk while I waited and could tell they know the industry. This place is the real deal.
