If you are having trouble with your phone, go to SIMSIM Repairs. My phone was bursting with ads and viruses, and I was very worried. I found them in the city (Melbourne CBD) and they sorted it all out in 2 hours. They were very helpful to me as a senior and explained everything clearly. A lifesaver!

Azam was really helpful and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he is very experienced at what he does. I asked about a case and he was quick to say that it wouldn't be strong enough for someone like myself who's a dropper. He could have taken the sale, but instead guided me like a pro.

Great experience overall. Azam is lovely to deal with, and I really thought I was going to have to pay more for a replacement screen for my Samsung S23 ultra. Very quick service too! Will definitely be going back in future for other items. Thanks again Azam!

My MacBook Pro was fried due to an unfortunate encounter with a body of water (stupid story). Azam from SIMSIM was the first person I talked to that actually knew what he was talking about when it comes to this kind of repair. He repaired my laptop within a week, costing half of what Apple would have charged. He is honest and will not oversell his capabilities, a true professional. For those interested, my laptop cost $3500 new in Dec 2023. After my accident, the motherboard was toast, the repair cost me in total $625. Apple would have charged at minimum $1200, as they only replace components instead of repairing them. I was lucky as the water did not damage the CPU, SSD chips, screen, touchpad or keyboard, so your mileage may vary. Azam is not a miracle worker, but he would tell you if a repair isn’t worth it.
