We moved into our new house to discover an annoying 4 am schedule on the smart light switches left by the previous owners, causing all the lights in two bedrooms to turn on. We also needed new fans, lighting fixtures, and additional smart light switches installed, but resolving the schedule issue was our priority. So, we called Sin City Electric, hoping for a solution and a quote for the other work. The guy who came out told us point-blank that the switches were useless – locked to the previous owner's account and unresettable, apparently. His solution? Just replace them. Fine, whatever. We shelled out to replace two of the three and left the last one stubbornly turning on at 4 am. Then, I'm talking to a friend, half-laughing, half-cursing about the whole ordeal and how we had to replace perfectly good smart switches. My friend looks at me like I'm an idiot and says, 'you know you can just reset those on the switch itself, right?' I literally asked chat gpt and got all the instructions. All we had to do was hold the switch down for 10 seconds and it reset. We were even able to download the app and link the remaking switch to it. Took all of 5 minutes. Seriously?! He doubted that any electrician in 2025 wouldn't know this and basically told us we got ripped off. It was a waste of money but glad we learned a lesson with a small job and we dodged a very expensive bullet.

Extremely professional and fair on the price. Phil installed a new outlet in a bathroom for a bidet. The install was fast and everything is as promised. Additionally, Phil was on time both times qe met and cleaned up after himself before he left. A quick wipe of the counter was all i needed to do and my wife was able to move all her stuff back in. Phil is a great tech and i will be using him again. Thank you, Sin City!!

Moving into a new home we had several electrical projects to do. Hanging ceiling fans, installing fixtures, adding outlets and updating switches to smart ones and more. I can not rave enough about Sin City Electrical. Phillip was absolutely spectacular! He was very knowledgable and made what was a huge todo list simple. He arrived on time. His work was impeccable and everything was immaculate when he finished. I recommend them very highly!

I have used Sin City plumbing before with very good results so when I had electrical issue at my home I decided to call them for my electrical. Communication with the company was very good. They kept me up to date on my appointment and the electrician who was coming out to diagnosed my issue. My electrician Phillip Nguyen was extremely professional and fast executing what was wrong with my circuits being out in my kitchen and dining room area. The best part of Sin City electrical like with the plumbing there's no upscale upside selling which I really appreciate got right to the point gave me a cost up front and got the issue resolved quickly. Definitely on my list to use again if I have plumbing or electrical issues. I'm adding a copy of his business card he handed me I really appreciate their service.

Great receptionist, she handled my call professionally and courteously. Sent Phillip to my home within 1 hour. Phillip was both professional and highly qualified. Problem was fixed quickly and I got a very good price. Love this company and U will to.
