Kent Cooper, the service technician, was very professional and courteous. Performed my heating/cooling system checkup and informed me that the electronic filter unit filters were way out of date. I no longer have a need for them and requested that he remove them and he did as requested. I had just a month ago replaced all the air filter elements, so he took the sizes and numbers of filters and will replace them the next checkup in June. He performed an excellent service.

Excellent service. First time customer, got in at the last minute with an appointment (although that is not always guaranteed). The technician Jeff did an outstanding job. Quick, efficient, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

We have used Sinclair for years. They are above and beyond the best in Lubbock! They are always able to come out quickly. They even send a photo of who they are sending to do the repair. The repairman is always knowledgeable and friendly. They work quickly and their prices are fair. Everything they have fixed for us has never needed to be redone. We will continue to use Sinclair!

Plumbers were friendly and polite. They arrived late in the day because of my doctor’s appointment and diagnosed the problem and also discovered that it was leaking and needed to be replaced. Due to the time I thought that it would be another night with no hot water. He started to drain the heater and called in to have one delivered while he started the disconnecting process. In less than two hours I had a new water heater installed. Great job guys!!! Price was great for this day and age and a six year warranty on the heater, parts and labor.

Would not recommend. Nothing was done. Was told after service call that I would get email to approve my quote for the part I needed which was going to be about a thousand dollars. Kept checking for email later that evening and again the next morning. Had to call office and told them that I was still waiting for email from them. She said she would send to me while we were on phone and I did receive it then but was told that she didn't know when they could get me on schedule because when the service guy left my house that afternoon they were actually already booked for the next day. He told me that he was pretty sure he would be back the next day to do the install pending my approval which never came until I ended up calling the next day. They had asked for my credit card prior to them coming out. Now I know why so they did. They didn't waste any time charging my card..
