What an awesome shop! The decor is pretty cool. It looks like a dungeon in there! But the best part, was the customer service. Everyone is super friendly and it is obvious they love their job. Eden is the first person you see when you walk in and she makes you smile. I emailed her several times and she got right back to me. I got tattooed by Terry Downs. She rocks!! She makes you feel like you have known her for a long time. Her work is exemplary. I will definitely be back for more.

I got this tattoo from Terry Downs back in October, and unfortunately my tattoo had an error—a line was done through a blank band I wanted to keep clean. I was unhappy and initially left a low review, but she reached out and refunded me. I appreciate the effort to make it right, even though the mistake was disappointing.

Salem is quite literally the best piercer I’ve ever gone to. The length she goes through to sanitize everything is absolutely wonderful (she even shows you the results of the sanitation test!!) I’ve never had any shop do anything like this at all. She made me feel very comfortable and was perfectly okay with me being nitpicky about the placement of the piercing. She definitely loves what she does and because of that, it makes you even more excited about your new piercing. I’ve gone to shops all over Richmond and I will not be going to anyone else besides Salem from now on!! :)

I had a fantastic experience at SinnerG! Once I completed the request form, I received an email very quickly from Eden who let me know what to expect next. Mada emailed me quickly as well and we had a great consultation regarding the tattoo I was looking for. The tattoo shop is really cool on the inside and very clean. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and Mada was easy to talk to, funny, and professional. She is a talented artist and very detail oriented. I love my tattoo and would go back to Mada and SinnerG for any future tattoos. Highly recommended!

My experience at SinnerG was perfect! Eden at the front desk was extremely welcoming, responsive, and made scheduling incredibly easy. My tattoo artist, Morgan, was equally amazing. The design was perfect, better than I could have imagined. She was very patient and helpful with choosing the placement of the tattoo, and moving the stencil until we were happy with it. Morgan worked quickly and confidently with lot's of attention to detail, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The tattoo came out perfect, it's definitely my new favorite. The shop itself is clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. I cannot recommend SinnerG (and Morgan) enough!
