Tasty and soooo easy to eat! The sauce for the vermicelli bowls is nicely balanced, and it can be hard to appeal to all the palates that dine there. Tangy, funky, a bit spicy, and a really good level of saltiness imo. I'd recommend their beef broth pho to anyone. Very consistent, never had a bad bowl :) Haven't tried the other broths but looking forward to it. I got the egg rolls in my bowl, don't sleep on that. They're meaty and deeply umami, definitely fresh and made in-house. Dip in the nuoc mam - mmmm! Or dunk or drenched. Found a piece of cabbage that seemed tucked in almost as a joke (egg roll halves for size comparison). It's a solid chunk, so did not enjoy that. I have to compliment the noodles. They give you the good ones that don't stick together. Presentation is always on point. I would want a studier fork as opposed to a cutlery set, but that would be a bonus more than anything. Friendly energy in there. Intimate patio when weather's good. They like to decorate according to the season too! Efficient and calm staff.
Pho is great, and atmosphere is welcoming. You order first then sit down, makes the service quite fast and they offer plenty of condiments for your pho !
Cơm tấm ngonnnnn, recommend Short Rib Beef Rice. Vietnamese authentic taste. Phở looks very nice and Pork Banh Mi iss hella nice too, the vietnamese elderly really like it. Traveled here from Vietnam this week, this satisfied my crave for Viet foood perfectly.
My favorite spot for pho! I’ve had the seafood pho and the chicken & veggies pho and both were amazing! I love how they are not cheap with the meat or veggies like some places! The quality of everything is high as well. I never thought I’d ever crave pho in 90 degree weather but this place is just different. It has a really homemade and comforting feel to it. Their drinks are so yummy too (I tried the matcha Thai tea boba, the passion with mango jelly, and the coffee). Best coffee I’ve ever had! I also had the bon bo hue and I was worried I wouldn’t like it because I tried it in the past at a different restaurant and it was way too spicy. This location lets you add spice/condiments to anything as well as extra cilantro and lime, so you can control the heat. Also, the vibe after 7:30pm is sooo chill . I usually come during lunch or dinner and there’s usually a bigger crowd. I also tried the tofu bahn mi and the bread was really soft and fresh but I wish the tofu had more flavor. Wonton soup was also good but a little bit salty. You order and pay up front and then they bring it to your table. You don’t have to wait for your check at the end and can always go back to order more if desired. They have self-service for drinks and garnish so if you don’t like to be disturbed during your meal this is a huge plus!!
This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and I was really impressed! The place is beautifully decorated with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. You order your food at the counter, and the staff brings it to your table. I ordered the brisket and beef meatballs – both were high quality and delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and everything was served hot and fresh. The staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience.
