My two Huskies have gone through Sit Means Sit training. Ice (2 yr old) has gone on to acquire his AKC CGC Certification. Bogart (Bo) 1 1/2 yr old completed Puppy and Initial Training. The staff has been outstanding trainers and mentors for me and the boys. Their professional, compassionate and great listeners. I get constant compliments on how well their trained and listen on command directions. When given the chance I highly recommend Sit Means Sit for dog training.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Sit Means Sit and our results with Bear. Bear is our 2 year old Rottweiler with reactivity issues to other dogs, pulling and easily distracted. We had done group puppy classes and private training (other places) since he was 4 months old and just couldn’t get him where we wanted him. Every day has been training day. 10 day boarding and he is soooo much better. I can now walk him without ANY pulling and we actually went on a trail and passed 6 dogs with him behaving! Mallory has so much patience. She is a peaceful presence and has helped me have confidence that we can do this! I can’t wait to see how much he improves every day. Thank you, Mallory, Mike and all the other trainers for all that you do!

Sit Means Sit is the best dog training business!!! (Anna is amazing …and was Abby’s trainer!-Thanks Anna!) They are results driven and will help you realize your training goals with your best furry friend!! The board and train option jump starts your dog into being an obedient pet within a short period of time! (Abby did the 2 week board and train.) The follow-on group classes are excellent and provide you with encouragement and the confidence to train your Fido into the well mannered dog you’d be proud to take into any setting! I really enjoy the group classes during which Abby and I get helpful feedback, training tips, and lessons in a safe environment. We practice everything from basic obedience, remaining still during distractions, tricks, and even agility. Their inside and outside training areas allow attendance year-round. Recently, I was walking my dog in a public place, and I overheard a person say to their group of 10+ friends: “Now that is how a dog is supposed to behave!” That was a proud moment for me…and a training success story! Start your success story today!!!

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding experience we’ve had with Sit Means Sit and the exceptional training our baby, Ponyo has received and continues to receive. From day one, the entire team has been welcoming, professional, and truly invested in both Ponyo’s success and our confidence as new puppy parents. A very special thank you to Mallory, who immediately made us feel at home. Her knowledge, patience, and encouragement have been invaluable. She has an amazing way of instilling confidence not just in Ponyo, but in us as well and helping our entire family understand how to reinforce the training in a positive and effective way. Choosing Sit Means Sit has been one of the best decisions we’ve made in recent times. The training has made a genuinely positive impact on our daily lives, strengthening our bond with Ponyo and giving us tools that will benefit us for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend Sit Means Sit to anyone looking for professional, caring, and results-driven dog training.

I have no words that can amount to my gratitude towards Sit Means Sit. This was the best experience I could have hoped for! We had our puppy enrolled in the 20-day board and train class. All of the trainers were so gentle and patient with our puppy, Lucy, and sent us regular updates on her progress throughout her time there. Skylar did an absolutely amazing job and we saw such a huge improvement in less than a week. When we introduced her to Lucy in the consultation, she was so sweet with her and made her very comfortable even though she was scared. She was shy and wouldn't even come out from under the bench at first. Now, she is so social and obeys commands better than we could have hoped for. She used to pull on the leash, bark, and refuse to listen to us or obey any commands we tried to teach her, and this training facility completely changed her for the better. I 100% recommended choosing Sit Means Sit if you are thinking about getting your dog professionally trained. I am confident that if they were able to train and desensitize our dog the way they did, they can do anything! Skylar answered all of our questions, was very gentle with Lucy, was very informative and thorough, and overall we loved how personable she was and recommend her! They even gave her a bath before we picked her up!
