I had such a wonderful experience at Site for Sore Eyes! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The staff really took the time to make sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. They asked me what services I needed, and provided everything that I needed and even more. I could truly feel how much they care, which made the whole experience so pleasant. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend coming here :)

Fantastic service! I called to make an appointment and they fit me into an opening in their schedule just 35 minutes later. When I arrived staff was hustling to make sure everyone was helped timely, even with my appointment added to their schedule. I waited no time for the glasses and contacts optical exam which was very efficient and professional. I opted for the retinal picture and got to keep my photos. Staff are welcoming and friendly - I was given free advice, glasses adjustments and contact lens solution! The price was excellent too for the high class of service. Site for Sore Eyes on Fillmore was a first rate experience, I highly recommend this location. I will return for all my optical needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Site for Sore Eyes! I was in a really tough spot after losing my prescription glasses and desperately needed a replacement fast. Every other place I tried told me it would take days, but the team here went above and beyond — they got me new glasses ready in just two hours! Not only was the turnaround time incredible, but the staff was kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me out when I needed it the most. The whole experience was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re ever in San Francisco and need glasses urgently (or even if you don’t), I highly recommend this place. Honestly, the best customer service I've ever received! While they have a fantastic range of eyewear options, I absolutely loved the way I was treated as a customer with care and attention. It's really rare nowadays and I'm incredibly grateful and will always buy my glasses from here!
