Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Based on the company’s own cleaning checklist, several key tasks were either incomplete or not done at all — including removal of all trash, cleaning of all toilets, dusting and cobweb removal, and proper cleaning of showers and bathtubs. The stainless steel surfaces were not polished, and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped thoroughly. Many areas were missed entirely, and small rugs and runners weren’t moved to clean underneath. The shower still had hair on the floor afterward, and overall, the home did not appear professionally cleaned. I requested at least a partial refund, but the company declined and instead offered to come back. However, given the poor quality of the first cleaning, I did not feel confident it would be worth the additional disruption for my family as the company told me it would be best to have everyone out of the house. Moreover, the cleaner showed up over 30 mins early so I can’t even depend on them to show up when promised. This experience was a waste of both time and money, and it’s disappointing that the business is unwilling to provide a refund for a service that was not delivered as promised.

Great service, and great company! They were the only company to answer right away, and had pricing for me on the spot. They were able to book quickly, and had a great line of communication throughout the process. It was nice that while dealing with the chaos of moving, I knew the cleaning portion was something I didn’t have to worry about!

We were in town for a few weeks visiting family in Surprise AZ and needed a last-minute deep clean before heading back home. Found Sixth Sense Cleaning online and honestly they were a life saver! The communication was awesome from start to finish — super responsive and professional but still really friendly. I had a couple weird schedule changes and they handled it like champs. Amber texted me updates the morning of the clean and even worked around us trying to find the house key (we couldn’t find the spare before leaving for our vacation spot lol). The team showed up right on time, brought all their own supplies, and left the house looking and smelling amazing. Literally felt brand new again. If you’re looking for the best house cleaning company in Surprise AZ, seriously stop scrolling and just book them. I don’t usually leave reviews but this one’s well deserved. We’ll definitely use them again next time we’re back in town!

This is by far the best house cleaning company I've ever worked with. First, their scheduling staff work hard to accommodate your schedule, and do so happily. Second, their prices are reasonable. Third, their service staff who come to clean do an excellent job. Today, Sarah was fantastic. She arrived on time. She was pleasant. She clearly put in the extra effort to do a great job, and yet she finished on time. I appreciate that she took pride in her work, and so did my visitors.

If I could put 100 stars for this company, I would 😊 The service that I got was just a kitchen throughout cleaning my cleaning person with Sarah this gal amaze me. She did so much and so great perfectly. I don’t know if I could’ve done it that good, when I called and I talked to Luke, I knew this was the company I wanna go with because his customer service was spot on. He very friendly, very professional I felt comfortable talking to him. Sarah was the same way very personable. And no, I don’t work for this company. I’m just a 61 year-old lady who can’t get on her knees to clean Any more 😂 Sarah did a fantastic job with cleaning my oven on the inside can’t beat the price anywhere else. This is truly a very satisfied customer and will be using them again in the future.
