From the moment you walk into Skin Artisans in Edina, you are greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. Sarah is the best!! I know her and Julia from way back at Dr. Carney’s office before he retired. :( (Miss that guy.) The aura of the lobby is very chic. The staff are always very helpful if you have questions on any products they sell or services provided. Julia was super informative with her VISIA consultation and products that could be helpful for your specific needs. Polly is amazing! She explains everything she’s doing and helps you decide what option best fits your needs. She doesn’t try to push added services or product on you. Anyone who is just not sure where to go, I highly recommend Skin Artisans!

I’ve seen Dr. Allison in the past and had great experiences with her. I needed a touch up recently and couldn’t get in with her, so I scheduled with Polly instead. Polly was personable, professional, and her technique was fabulous. I have nothing but good things to say about Skin Artisans, I also recently saw one of their estheticians for a facial and had amazing results. All of the people working here from the front desk to clinicians are kind and helpful.
