Friendly staff and best Doctor! Doctor Hammon is smart, knowledgeable and has the best attitude and bedside manner! My whole family go to him because he’s the best! And we had used other doctors before.

The doctor was great. But the communication technology needs to change for direct human contact. I’ve left several messages and no call back. I’m going in my third day- still no call back. Their business is huge and it’s difficult to navigate to the correct office. I had to call several times on top of the messages because their button cues were not working. They have you preregister and ask how you want to be contacted- I checked text messages. The text message I received about the appointment didn’t have an address. They sent me an email that I didn’t see until after the appointment. I almost missed my appointment because I went to the number associated with the building and found out that my appointment was across town.

From the check in process all the way to the end of the appointment a positive experience. Scheduling was super easy. Online check in was very user friendly. No wait time. Dr. Hammond was not only extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, but very personable as well. It is nice to see he truly has a passion for his work. All around wonderful office and I highly recommend!

There isn’t any other better place in Reno, Nevada then the skin cancer and dermatology Institute. They have the best doctors and best staff of any medical facility in the area. My doctor Dr. Brad Hammond is fantastic. The experience and knowledge that he demonstrates is outstanding. he is compassionate caring and extremely knowledgeable in his chosen profession from the time you walk in to the time you leave everyone and I do mean everyone is professional, courteous knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough for what they do for me. Not only do they treat my condition, but I walk out feeling great knowing that these people look out for me. if you need doctors that work in Skin cancer and Dermatology this is the place to be. I know that you’ll be extremely satisfied with their knowledgeable work performance.
