Jordan is a lovely therapist — very kind, patient and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the photofacial treatment. I’m looking forward to seeing even better results over time and would happily recommend her.

I have been coming for IPL treatment for a year or two now (I spread these throughout the year and come more frequently in the winter when my skin flares up). I usually see Lauren who is fantastic - so knowledgeable and understands rosacea skin inside out. I have moved out of the area but will always make the journey to this clinic because the treatment is so effective and the team are great.

I'll be honest and say that I am SUPER fussy when it comes to facials - I hate feeling greasy or like there's too much product on my skin. I explained this to Lauren who listened so well and tailored the facial exactly to my needs. I left feeling amazing - my skin felt clean, soft and glowing (but not at all greasy or claggy!). Not only did Lauren teach me so much about my skin, she was lovely to chat to and I will 100% be going back to her. In my 36 years of being alive, I dont think I've ever had anyone comment on my skin. In the few days after my facial, I had SO many compliments on how it looked. Lauren has completely converted me and I now worry I'm going to become a facial addict!

I visited this clinic about nine months ago and booked an appointment for myself and my partner. We each paid a consultation fee, making it clear that we wanted to meet with a dermatologist. Instead, we were seen by what seemed to be a sales representative. My partner was examined and then given a treatment, after which we were encouraged to purchase products costing around £350. We were told we would see results within a few months. Nine months later, there has been no improvement at all. In total, we spent almost £500 on consultation, treatment, and products with zero outcome. When I asked for clarification and support, no proper answers were provided. Instead, I was told to book and pay for yet another appointment if I actually wanted to see the dermatologist we had originally requested. The whole process felt sales-driven rather than genuinely focused on patient care. We left feeling unwelcome, disappointed, and misled. Based on our experience, this clinic appears to prioritise sales over results or patient wellbeing. I would strongly advise others to avoid it.There are clinics out there run by people who truly care about helping patients, and unfortunately this was not one of them.

I recently had a facial with Jordan and wowww! I’ve had so many facials before and never really seen any results from them, but the facial I had here was amazing. My skin has gotten so much better, just after one facial and I feel so much more confident with my skin. I’ve never returned anywhere for a second facial but I definitely will be here. Jordan was so lovely and warm, and the clinic is so nice inside. Thank you so much Jordan!
