I just want to preface by saying, if you have severe acne and need someplace that truly wants to help and understand what you're going through, AND actually achieve results, this is the place! I have always struggled with acne since middle school for as long as I can remember. I have always been really acne prone and grew up using St.Ives apricot scrub, the Neutrogena grapefruit scrub, oil blotting pads and all the harsh and terrible products we all thought worked.... Anyways, it was always something I felt insecure about, especially since a lot of my friends didn't deal with the same issues I did. Fast forward to high school, my acne got so bad, that I had to go on birth control, which helped and completely cleared my skin, but I knew I didn't want the quick fix solution for my whole life. So as an adult now, not being on birth control for years, I was scared my acne would come back. And it sure did! After my honeymoon, I now as an adult, had painful, under the skin, cystic acne that was so stubborn and was not going away. I then had a co-worker recommend me to Skin MPLS, which could not have been at a better time. My confidence had plummeted and I felt so helpless, after so many failed attempts at previous dermatologists, natural healing centers, self-help acne books and the whole 9-yards. I went to see Bella, and immediately felt hopeful that this was going to work. She took the time to educate me, overexplain answers to ALL of my questions and took the time to email me after each visit to check in. She asked me thoughtful questions about things I hadn't even thought of, like laundry detergents, fabrics, vitamins, etc. She personalized the skincare regimen to me and now, after going for 8 months, I can proudly and confidentely say that I have been acne free for 3 months and have seen clear results. Skin MPLS has literally changed my life when it comes to skincare and I couldn't rave about them more! LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM <3 Thanks Bella ;)

Great experience. I was nervous the first time but now I’m excited to come back. Clean environment and very friendly staff. Products were on the pricy side but so far WORKING ! I have severe acne and after one appointment my skin has improved a lot.

I ordered products and they failed to show up. Tracking shows no status. These things happen, but unfortunately the owner has chosen that the most important priority is to protect her own business, refusing reimbursement for nearly two weeks while usps researches. This is not the way any business takes care of a client! Online buyer beware!
