I can't recommend Kaitlyn enough. She is truly a girls' girl - so warm, friendly and easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable and completely at ease. What I appreciate most is that she really listens. Her approach is all about enhancing your natural beauty, not changing it. I'll also add that I am definitely a "wiggler" during appointments and get a little nervous. She handles it like a pro every time and gives me breaks when I need it. She is the only person I trust with my face, she is so great.

I completely understand why Skin Spirit is so highly rated—that’s exactly what drew me in to begin with. Kaitlyn, the nurse who treated me, truly has an expert eye when it comes to facial balance and aesthetics. I felt confident in her skills right away. We did run into a small issue during the process, but I have to say, their response made all the difference. The team was incredibly attentive, responsive, and committed to making things right. That level of care really stood out to me. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and the way everything was handled. It’s clear they prioritize their clients, and that goes a long way.
