Can’t speak highly enough of Karen Alumna (and her medical assistant Mariah)! I ended up with Karen when my trusted practitioner was not available and I never looked back. Karen is honest about what her skills and products can accomplish, never ever pushy or over-selly, continuously learning and staying up to date with the very latest in aesthetics, and truly a kind and lovely human who I look forward to seeing. I can’t say enough good things about Shelly Diaz at SkinSpirit. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her clients. I know Shelly is extremely busy and sees many people every day that she works, but the level of care she puts into her work is evident in the details. She remembers the smallest things I’ve shared with her, which speaks volumes about the notes she keeps in her patient charts and the attention she gives each client. She always leads with kindness and care. I started seeing Shelly about 18 months ago. I’d been to SkinSpirit clinics before but never truly connected with anyone until I came across Shelly through online reviews. She has done my Botox, lip filler, and IPL photofacials, and she is always honest and thoughtful when recommending treatments. She never pushes additional services or tries to “make the sale.” Instead, she is incredibly considerate of both my finances and what truly makes sense for me. A perfect example of her craftsmanship: I had my lip filler done about a year before my wedding and assumed I’d need a touch-up a few months prior to the big day. I loved the results so much that I didn’t need one at all — and was able to save the money. That is a direct result of Shelly’s skill and craftmanship. She’s helped soften fine lines with Botox and significantly reduce freckles and dark spots, and we now have a thoughtful plan for what’s next. I’ve been coming to SkinSpirit Walnut Creek for Botox and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team is warm, professional, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable. I have to give a special shoutout to Elaine, who is an exceptional NP. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and really listens to what you want. She explained everything so clearly, checked in throughout the process, and delivered results that look natural and exactly how I envisioned them. I trust her completely. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and feels very welcoming. Every visit has been smooth and stress-free. I absolutely plan to continue coming here in the future: highly recommend!

I’ve been a client here for several years and have never had a poor experience. My esthetician, Jade, is fantastic! She does amazing work and has such a lovely personality. My nurse, Shelly, is equally wonderful. She’s never pushy, always answers my questions clearly, and makes me feel completely comfortable. I always please with the results. The SkinSpirit clinic is well-staffed, professional, and always easy to book appointments with. Highly recommend!
