I received a Hydrafacial here (a treatment I’m very familiar with from other clinics) and found the service here to be mediocre, at best. The esthetician was very haphazard with the instrument, and didn’t spend the time to go over my whole face. When it came to extractions, she tried to extract two cystic pimples that were under the skin (not ready for extraction) which was painful and have now been left more red and irritated than before; and missed many blackheads and milia that are normally cleared out during a hydrafacial. The glow my face had at the end of treatment seemed due to the sheen from the amount of product she applied at the final step instead of the hallmark glow of an excellent hydrafacial. I was disappointed by the quality of the service based on the reviews and personally wouldn’t recommend. The search for a good hydra facial in Vancouver continues!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this consultation. The website looks impressive and promotes concepts like a “skin blueprint,” but in reality, there’s nothing substantial behind it. The consultation felt more like a sales pitch for their products rather than a genuine service. The products themselves are very expensive (for example, a 30ml bottle costs $105), making it unrealistic for regular use. Moreover, they were unwilling to suggest alternatives that are easily accessible online or more budget friendly. Overall, it was a very poor experience, with zero skillset and knowledge. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to SKN for their Stem Cell + Vitamin A treatment, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The staff were super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable, explaining exactly what the treatment does and what to expect. Everything felt gentle and professionally done. The clinic has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the team always checks in to make sure you’re okay throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed and really confident about the results I’ll see over time. SKN continues to be one of my go-to places for skincare treatments.
