We were signed up with Abe back in 2020 and during the process ended up getting flooded with outside work which led us to pause our progress on having Abe build our lead generation. After a few months when we circled back to continue they must’ve been going through some turnover and it was hard to get a hold of him at times. When I did get a hold of him it didn’t seem like he was motivated to get anything going or I would get a runaround. At the time, the $2000 was a lot for us and I didn’t feel like Abe was in a position to refund any of it so we just moved on. I recall leaving a one star review with a more vivid account of what happened and that prompted an immediate call from Abe pleading to change it and he would make things right. It’s been about five years and although we haven’t needed Abe’s services, we’ve never had anyone reach out to make things right. There are now better options out there for businesses with AI that make these marketing agencies archaic.
