If you're about to use this company do NOT. There's a reason the good reviews are extremely old. Once I paid the deposit I received no additional communication. I called 3 days before my party to confirm they'd actually be showing up and was told it'd be delivered the day before. I asked for a timeframe and was told he did not know. The day of delivery I called again and was told it'd be delivered within 3 hours. That time came and went. I called again and was forwarded to voicemail. So my husband called on his phone and they immediately answered. No surprise there. They told us they'd come in 30 minutes. I would say it took about 40 minutes. The issue is it was already 9pm! They set up in the dark and then tried to change the price from me owing $400 to $480. Bear in mind, ALL the communication was me calling them, except one text they sent to say they were 15 mins away. I don't think they would've showed up at ALL if I did not keep pestering them. I want to give them 1-star but I decided on 2 because I did receive the Bounce House.

Scheduled this company a few weeks out. No communication from client to vendor. They wanted to set a day up early, which was no issue. Was told they would be there between 3-5pm to set up a day prior, rain was a little consistent but took numerous text/calls to find out when they were coming. Want to set up at 9pm night before, which we couldn't allow due to young kids. Was told they would be there first thing the next morning. Party was at 1. Called 6 times and went right to voicemail, text's were going through. Had to cancel and find another vendor. Will not Refund the deposit. Be VERY CAUTIOUS on using this company.

horrible- he never showed up for our party AND didn't refund me my deposit. If you want your kids to be happy at their party do not hire this man- all he's doing is taking your deposit and then ghosting you

This is our 3rd or 4th year using this company and they are amazing ! We have never had an issue and they have always been so amazing at communicating. Super friendly when they come out and purchase up your bounce house! We will continue to use as long as we can , even if my kid grows out of bounce houses lol we will find a way to still use this company :)
