I found this company through Google and rented tables chairs and a bounce house for a party. The party was at 3. They told me they would deliver between 12:00-1:30. They texted at 12:15 and said they were on their way. By 1:30, they still weren’t there. We had to call 3 times to find out where they were. They arrived at 2:05, I had less than an hour to set up for the party. One of the tables was broken. They “rigged” it up and told us “just don’t touch it or lean on it.” So… don’t use it? The table I paid for? It fell down twice during the party. The other tables were so dirty and worn looking. Thankfully I had table clothes but they were not in good condition. And the bounce house. Oh the bounce house. It was disgusting. Covered in dirty footprints and dirt- why would they not have cleaned it before delivery? My ten year old niece had to climb in there with a wet towel and try to wipe some of the dirt off before the party started. It was also covered in dirt and grass. I get that these things are usually outside and get dirty, but I guess I just assumed that they’d clean it in between guests. Also the blower on the back disconnected from the bounce house twice during the party and the bounce house collapsed with kids inside, so that was fun . They told us they’d be back at 6 to pick up the items. They showed up at 7. Overall, there wasn’t anything positive to say about this experience. I’d book a different company before choosing this one.

Easy to rent. Reservations team is very responsive and was helpful when we had a date change due to weather. Drivers delivered and picked up on time. Had an issue with one of the bounce houses but it was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend Sky High Party Rentals

Terrible experience. They made my daughters first birthday such a stressful experience. Was told by two separate employees I would receive a refund due to poor communication and wrong delivery time, and then they changed their minds and took the refund back after they received their tip of course. My last straw is the gentlemen who was supposed to pick up the tables was too lazy to read house numbers and called me to walk him through how to find my marked address. I wanted to enjoy my daughters party not spend the day dealing with their incompetency on the phone. Do NOT recommend.

Bounce house was awesome and so was the popcorn machine! The guys that dropped off and set up everything were very fast and helpful! I'll be using them again for the next birthday party for sure!

We went with Sky High Rentals for my daughter's 7th Birthday which we organized in our tiny backyard. I was very pleased when I found out that Sky High Rentals have bounce houses specifically for tiny backyards called "Tiny Yard Series". This was the only place that had this in the entire Dallas area. We also rented Tables, Chairs and Snow Cone machine which was a big hit. Kids had a great time. The delivery was way before the start of the party, so that was a relief. Also, they picked it up much later in the day which let the kids play a little longer. We would definitely recommend Sky High Rentals for your part needs.
