I found this company through Google and rented tables chairs and a bounce house for a party. The party was at 3. They told me they would deliver between 12:00-1:30. They texted at 12:15 and said they were on their way. By 1:30, they still weren’t there. We had to call 3 times to find out where they were. They arrived at 2:05, I had less than an hour to set up for the party. One of the tables was broken. They “rigged” it up and told us “just don’t touch it or lean on it.” So… don’t use it? The table I paid for? It fell down twice during the party. The other tables were so dirty and worn looking. Thankfully I had table clothes but they were not in good condition. And the bounce house. Oh the bounce house. It was disgusting. Covered in dirty footprints and dirt- why would they not have cleaned it before delivery? My ten year old niece had to climb in there with a wet towel and try to wipe some of the dirt off before the party started. It was also covered in dirt and grass. I get that these things are usually outside and get dirty, but I guess I just assumed that they’d clean it in between guests. Also the blower on the back disconnected from the bounce house twice during the party and the bounce house collapsed with kids inside, so that was fun . They told us they’d be back at 6 to pick up the items. They showed up at 7. Overall, there wasn’t anything positive to say about this experience. I’d book a different company before choosing this one.
