I am a Marriage Proposal Planner and own my own company here in Austin called Amore Austin. We love working with Sky Lounge! It is a gorgeous space that has amazing views of the city and our clients are always amazed. The staff is always helpful and a pleasure to work with as well. Amore Austin looks forward to planning many more proposals at Sky Lounge.

Working with Bethany for wedding planning was such a great experience. She was so on top of things and always quick to communicate. She was flexible and so helpful on the day. She's also just a great person! The venue is perfection and the staff are just icing on the cake.

Don't hesitate and book the Sky Lounge now for your event! I took a chance and reserved it from out of state based only on the reviews and pictures, and they did not disappoint one bit! I held my retirement party at the Sky Lounge and Maggie was an absolute delight to work with. She put my mind at ease with all planning questions, and provided fantastic recommendations for a caterer and even a babysitter that could attend to help the parents relax, and they all positively crushed it! From my 95 year-young grandmother to a friend's 5 year old daughter and everyone in between, we all had an amazing time and everyone lauded the entire evening down to the last detail. Thanks to the entire staff and a BIG shout out to Maggie and Kyle for welcoming my family and friends into a wonderful venue with a great view, amazing setting, friendly security, classy staff, and delicious cocktails that are being raved about days later! We had a great time and now I want to retire a second time just to do it again!

The Sky Lounge on Lady Bird is such a hidden gem and serves as a spectacular venue for any special event in Austin! Our experience was elevated not only by the stunning views of downtown but also by the exceptional service provided by their event manager, Maggie Kennedy. Maggie's professionalism, helpfulness, and responsiveness made the entire process of planning the welcome reception for our wedding smooth and effortless. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from helping arrange music to coordinating with the catering team and the bar staff. Her dedication truly made us feel like valued clients, and we are immensely grateful for her help! And what’s an event reception without a fully stocked bar? Savannah Fontenot, the bar supervisor, crafted delicious specialty drinks that were specifically tailored to our tastes. They perfectly captured our go-to cocktail flavors but with a unique Sky Lounge twist. Our guests couldn't stop raving about them. The wide variety of drinks available at the bar ensured there was something for everyone to enjoy. What most impressed us was the atmosphere of the venue. The evening was a perfect time to catch the sunlight bathing the Austin skyline in color. Our guests were constantly in rotation taking group pictures on the balcony all evening. It’s a unique spot in the city to capture both the skyline of the city and Lady Bird Lake below. If you're searching for the perfect venue for your special event, we couldn’t recommend the Sky Lounge on Lady Bird highly enough. With its spectacular views, impeccable service, and delicious drinks, it exceeded all of our expectations and made our wedding reception truly unforgettable. The Sky Lounge is by far the most beautiful venue in downtown Austin. It not only has the best unobstructed view of the city skyline, but inside it is decorated and furnished so beautifully - it is the most turnkey venue for any event! I have to shout out the event coordinator, Maggie - from the beginning of our conversations to our event evening, she went above and beyond for us and made sure our event went on flawlessly, she is super responsive and just makes the whole planning process feel super easy. The bartenders working our event absolutely crushed it and ultimately everyone was just so friendly and welcoming to us and our guests. HIGHLY recommend the sky lounge for your next event!
