Kim was very helpful during my sons birthday party! Check in time was at 4:30 & we arrived pretty early, about 4:15 when party room time/jump time were at 5pm. She was kind enough to open the party room for us early. All the food came out exactly at 6pm & she was very attentive when it came to refills & other request. Definitely recommend throwing a birthday party there because of the attentive staff (all of them), party room cleanliness & luckily that Sunday it wasn’t busy!

This place I thought would be great to bring my grandsons. OMG! What a disappointment. Went to the front to pay and get food. The person who took my order Male the smell that came out of his body was atrocious!! I was hey maybe bad day! One week later I go on a weekday again up front and there is a lady with name tag reading “Dan” jeez the smell coming from her was UNBELIEVABLE!! I don’t get how people who hate or don’t like to wash up or shower work in an environment that you have to deal with food!! How come higher management doesn’t give these people videos of how important is to clean up!! The most uncommon thing I encountered was one of my grandkids wanted to go potty and when I opened the door they’re was the same woman I seen at the counter she was bending on the bathroom counter with head down to the sink it seemed like she was snorting on something. I didn’t go all the way in took my others and left. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AGAIN. If there is a place I can call for the FDA can take a look at these disgusting fellows I would appreciate it. Food poisoning can come from folks being dirty. Man I’m appalled.

One of the best locations in Milwaukee, staff are very friendly and easy-going, I want to give a shout out to Matt, tall , wears glasses , very respectful who has been very professional and takes care of the customers at the slushy machine and during play. He takes his job very seriously and make sure no bullying happens at sky zone. I appreciate this because my son was bullied before at a sky zone and he really takes care of that when kids are trying to mess around.

We did a membership last year for something to do in winter and it was a bit grubby then. When I signed up this year and we went in, I immedietly regretted it. There are rips and tears everywhere. My son almost fell through a hole in the large blue balloon thing and when I complained to one of the teenage employees he did nothing. We came back the following week and nothing had been done about the hole. This place isnt making enough money to keep up with repairs and Im not surprised. Dont waste your money here, its very unclean and unsafe.

No long tumble track for tumblers, which sucks because that’s the whole reason we came. Actually not a lot of just trampolines period compared to other parks and expensive compared to other parks. My daughter already had jump socks as well albeit from another park and they still made me buy socks because “she was only allowed to jump in skyzone socks”. I’ve never had any other park do this. No cubbies for shoes or drinks yet they don’t let you bring closed water bottles into the jump area so they expect you to either just leave your drink out on a table and hope nothing happens to it or pay to rent a locker. I tried to bring a water into the jump area for my daughter despite the sign because there was another mom who was there when we got there that had one with her in the same area so I thought maybe it was rule they just didn’t enforce that strictly since the drinks were with parents.. Nope, the worker legit walked past the other mom with the water bottle sitting right next to her and came straight over to me to tell me I had to remove it. So not sure why I was singled out there. Oh, and there was a dead roach on one the trampolines so I’m sure there are more somewhere. And as we were leaving, another mom with another water bottle was sitting in the jump area and the same worker walked right past her too so yeah, I guess she just decided to target me. We’ll be going somewhere else next time. Editing to reply to business: Your comment about cleanliness is a joke given the cockroach laying in the middle of a trampoline and the foam blocks being covered in dried blood and filth. My daughter’s closed, sealed water bottle was a threat to cleanliness but the dead cockroach wasn’t? Gotcha. And no, the rules aren’t applied consistently because I watched it happen with my own eyes and called your employee out on it. Have the day you deserve! :)
