Brought a group of my daughters friends and had a great time! Matt was very helpful and kept everything organized while we were checking in, very pleasant and friendly. Facility was clean. Will definitely come back

Im giving 2 stars because there were no problems in the play areas but when my kids wanted to go to the bathroom that's when things were bad. It was disgusting inside the mens bathroom one urinal was broken, the other one had a puddle of water and or urine under it running into the stall next to it. Then the last toilet stall had feces all over the toilet. I literally had to tell my kids that they couldn't use the restroom and had to hold it because it was very unacceptable and disgusting. So I immediately went and told the staff that they needed someone to clean the mens restroom immediately, the teenager who i think was running the place said ok thanks for informing us. I go back 45mins later no change at all. Then after talking to my 12yr old daughter the womens was no better. I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully my next time visiting a different location will be better because this left a very bad impression.

This review is from past experience a few years back. My sister purchased the 10 entries package, the employee say next time just check in with the phone number. We took the kids back, and they cannot find our purchased anywhere in their computer. My sister showed the proof through her bank statement and they don’t care. Sometime passes, my other sister purchased a monthly membership for the 2 kids (even though I told her not to). When I took the kids there, the employee denied entry due to the kids doesn’t have a picture ID on file. This is their new policy, but we signed up for the membership before it got started. I was mad at this time and came inside to confront her that we paid for membership but the kids cannot enter. She told the kids to come back in line, the kids already did, now again ???Then the manager came out and help the kids get the wristbands. After this commotion, the kids don’t wanna come back there anymore. I called to cancel the membership for 2 kids; however, they only canceled for 1 child and continued charging us for the other one. My sister finally called to straighten things out. This business is crooked. If you purchase anything, better keep the receipt and the contract, because they don’t honor it. The employees are so incompetent with the computer system and they cannot input anything right.

Absolutely disappointed because this isn’t the first time something like this has happened when i take my siblings here. 1. They’re always saying that they don’t have any hot food and that they’re backed up. I literally only was able to get nachos. 2. The manager just sitting in his office while his employees are running around flirting with customers. 3. I told an employee that there is a spill and he just walked right past me and ignored me. The staff overall is everywhere but doing their job. 4. The tables stayed dirty had to clean it off myself. I understand there’s busy days but this is the second time this happened coming here. Skyzone please do better.
