Today, Jan 18th is our daughter's 7th bday. My family and I want to say thank you so much to Lelroy. The day started off rough but we had an amazing time. These staff especially the cooking staff made my daughter's day so special. You guys have no idea how grateful my family and I are. This was our daughter's 1st time celebrating her bday publicly and it went amazing. The hospitality was top tier. Thank you guys so much!!!

1 star – absolutely heartbreaking experience I am beyond upset with how my family was treated at this trampoline park. While my children were playing in the dodgeball court—an area specifically designed for fast, competitive play—a younger child was accidentally hit in the face. It was clearly not intentional. This is dodgeball. Accidents happen, especially in a trampoline park. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, staff immediately kicked my children and me out. No warning. No discussion. No attempt to assess the situation fairly. Just escorted out like we had done something horrible. What makes this even worse is that they refused to refund our money. We are not a family that has money to throw away. We paid for our time, and it was taken from us because of an accident that could happen to anyone in that environment. My children were confused, embarrassed, and upset. As a parent, it was humiliating and heartbreaking to explain to them why we were being punished for something that was never on purpose. This place showed zero empathy, zero customer service, and zero accountability. If this park cannot handle normal, accidental injuries—especially in a dodgeball court—they should not be in business. I would strongly caution other families, especially those on a tight budget. One accident, even an innocent one, and you could be thrown out with no refund. We will never return.

Amazing park with amazing staff. Komeka is great! the staff on the floor keep the kids engaged and make sure they are playing safely. It always smells amazing and clean. Great place to take your kids and get a break in the massage chairs. Only complaint I have is compared to the sky zone in Roswell GA I can tell they don’t put in enough money in this location. They increased membership fees but didn’t add extra amenities for these kids. Hopefully they get it together.

I visited Sky Zone in Smyrna today, and the staff was absolutely amazing! I received the utmost service — I honestly don’t think I’ve ever felt that welcomed and cared for in an establishment before. Whoever worked the last shift on October 21, 2025, deserves major recognition because they were truly the best team to have there. The food was great, and the whole experience was outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back — thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

Ok… so this Skyzone is much different from the one at Northlake (my fav location) and the one is Roswell. No free WIFI. What kind of cheap crap is that? This one is small with limited seating. They did have on sight security. The employees are very friendly and move with a sense of urgency. The girl who checked us in she was a little sassy but I can match sassy with sassiness. The other patrons who I conversed with were very friendly. There is plenty of parking. The wait time on food was kind of long. The place was clean for the most part. I didn’t get a chance to use their bathroom so I don’t know if it was clean or not. There are about 4 party rooms. They all looked around the same size. We will revisit but this location is definitely NOT our first choice. I highly recommend them getting free GUEST WiFi.
