Bryan Osorio has always been amazing. My daughter is shy but Bryan helped her increase her confidence in just the second time coming to skyzone. I appreciate his effort in helping us. Savanna is 9. She said “He is kind and helped me with confidence”.

Sky Zone Van Nuys is… fine. The kids definitely have fun — which is ultimately the whole point — but parents might need a deep breath or two before walking in. Weekend parking is a nightmare (good luck finding a spot), and once inside, it’s crowded enough to feel like half of the Valley had the same idea. Food and drink options are pretty limited, so don’t arrive hungry unless popcorn is your love language. That said, the staff is surprisingly kind and patient, which really helps balance out the chaos. The kids jump, flip, and burn energy like there’s no tomorrow, so they leave happy — and exhausted. Bottom line: Great for kids, slightly overwhelming for adults. Go for the fun, but manage your expectations (and maybe bring snacks) - and sign the waiver before you arrive, will save you some time.

We visited this entertainment park, and overall, the place has a lot of great qualities, though there were a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, there was quite a long line, which we understand can happen at a popular location. The staff, even though they were managing a large crowd, were polite and suggested we return later to avoid the rush. However, we weren’t clearly informed about the option to purchase tickets online, which could have made the process much smoother. When we came back, the wait was still lengthy, and it turned out that the capacity was nearly full. In the end, we decided to step back from the visit because there wasn’t definite information about waiting times or available spots. Even though this experience didn’t go as we had hoped, we believe it may have been an isolated situation, and the venue itself certainly has a lot to offer. We hope the management will take a closer look at queue organization and visitor communication, as it would truly enhance the overall experience. We’re open to returning in the future once everything is handled more efficiently.

Such a fun place! The trampoline park is super clean, well organized, and the staff are all friendly and attentive. There’s plenty of space for both kids and adults to jump around and have a great time. They have different sections for all ages, which makes it feel safe and enjoyable for everyone. Great place to burn energy and have fun.

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Bro this place doesn’t even deserve a one star , worst sky zone I’ve ever been to . To start off I was charged online for the Elite membership-parent add on and once I got here the staff told me I only paid for my child but my transaction said I did paid for the parent add on . When I showed them my receipt he went on saying that their system was down (ummm okayyyy) The staff 👀😑🫣 just stand there . The only zone that being held down right is the zip line because it’s always CLOSED . Basketball area if there’s 30 high schoolers playing tryna look cool you best believe they’ll be attentive to that . Dutch ball area is a mess . There was 4 staff members fighting for who was going to hold it down for that area .YOU GOT KIDS (employees)TAKING CARE OF KIDS HERE!. The place is dusty and dirty . Bathrooms are a mess , no toilet paper no hand soap . The employees are rude and not professional. I don’t recommend!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 Check out the sky zone in other areas because the prices are different too for the membership. I paid less at the Alhambra area . I love it over there .
