The kids had Fun! We got there at 3pm, so many were all having fun which made the waiting less. Their ages were 8 yrs old , 12 year old, 16 yrs old boys & 15 yr old girl. Everyone had Fun on the trampoline & the digital/video challenge race game with 2 driver’s seats . The staff was helpful as we had 2 groups coming at different times and they all needed their socks.

Place looks like it's set up really well for multiple birthdays at the same time. Monthly Membership is almost the same price a single day with sock purchase. I think there is a VIP Member line for when you come back again which would have saved a ton of time on the weekend. Weekends are packed. Saw a group in front of me bring their own pizza and everyone just bought tickets to come in for an impromptu party, not a bad idea if the packages don't make sense for your smaller group. Staff is nice and let you check things out before launching your 4 year old into the abyss. Wish there was more non screen activities for a 4 year old but he still kept busy for about 90 minutes. Bring your own snacks and drinks if you eat even somewhat healthy. Street parking limited times on 190th street don't apply on Saturday and Sunday which is nice. Free valet at sky zone but you have to wait to leave.

It's okay. The one in Torrance/Gardena always has a few of the areas closed so that irritates. The dance interactive screen things are usually not working. A lot of the times the girl's bathroom is dirty or unstocked. The jump areas are sometimes littered with trash. But one of the major positives is they watch the jumpers for safety violations. I like that I can take my 4 1/2 yr old and know that, they're usually gonna say something if an older kid starts jumping on her square. They're pretty vigilant about not letting them do unsafe things. I like that a lot. So much so that even with the little issues I have with how clean it is, it still gets 5 stars.

No air conditions at all at this location, every time we come it’s over 90 degrees INSIDE. We hey try to run fans but it is NOT enough with all the body heat and with it being hot outside (it’s July) there should be air conditioning. Every other location has adequate air-conditioning except this one. Not to mention that the water fountains were both broken so the kids were not able to fill up their water bottles. There was no soft drinks available and no ACs. Everything was broken. The floor was a mess. It’s not being adequately cleaned. There’s at least 20 to 30 staff members, but they’re all just standing around. I guess that’s what happens when you hire a teenagers to run our location. We will not be coming back with our kids again. This location is absolutely terrible.

Me and my family have the monthly pass to this sky zone. As my son absolutely loves coming here I on the other hand was very disappointed. We came the first time and had so much fun with everything opened and no wait to get in. As for the second time we came almost everything was closed, the big slides, the basketball quart, the zip line, and the floor games. Very disappointed as my son loves to come here. I don’t think we will be renewing our monthly pass at this location. Also wanted to add the staff at the front desk is so friendly and happy to help you in anything you need but the staff at the snack bar was the complete opposite and very rude. Also at least the men’s or women’s restroom is always closed and very dirty and not cleaned at all. I won’t post those photos here though.
