This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a party venue. Sky Zone Covina tried to charge me an extra $500 after the party, even though I had already paid for everything in advance. I even showed my receipt, and the staff still told me, “The receipt isn’t proof.” I ended up waiting almost two hours while they tried to figure out their own mistake. Eventually the shift leader admitted they had charged me 10 ICEEs as 10 separate $30 charges, instead of one $30 charge for 10 ICEEs. That alone is unacceptable. On top of that: • They added $35 for chicken tenders and $30 for ICEEs, which I agreed to — but then told me 3 extra jumpers would be $20 each, only to charge $43 each without ever mentioning the price difference. • How does the “cheapest package” cost $20 per jumper, but the more expensive package costs MORE per jumper? Make it make sense. The check-in process was slow, the food was delayed, and our host Melissa said if they brought out the food earlier it would “cut the jump time in half.” She even promised we had the party room until 7:00 PM, then kicked us out at 6:45 PM. I ordered extra pizzas because I was told it might not be enough — and we ended up with five whole pizzas left over. Melissa never said anything to help me avoid wasting money. She only warned me about ICEEs but didn’t bother to help on the bigger charges. To top it off, Melissa told me her manager “was going to charge me for kids jumping” even though I clearly told those kids not to jump, and I had no clue they went in. This location is disorganized, misleading with pricing, and completely unprofessional. Between the false charges, the long wait, the bad communication, and the broken promises, I would never recommend Sky Zone Covina to anyone planning a party. Avoid this place unless you want stress, extra charges, and workers who don’t even understand their own billing system.
Brought the kids dis Skyzone signed up for the elite membership and got her discount on socks. This way they could do the unlimited jumping and we could go back again tomorrow. Really wish these memberships were interchangeable through the locations and not just location specific the staff was all nice. They weren’t real interactive and bugging people. They were just there if you needed them, which was also nice. We were able to go on the big slide and most all the areas were open. The kids had a blast jumping around. They had a snack bar, but nobody got any treats at the snack bar. They had clean restrooms and the water coming out of the water fountain was hot. Don’t recommend that should probably bring your water from home All in all. It was a great experience 10 out of 10. Totally recommend. Not sure if I would have a party there or not, but we did have a great time and plan on going back again tomorrow to make the most out of our membership for the month. They have plenty of parking. It’s a huge parking lot.
Not a bad experience at all but on the smaller side but all and all a good experience to bring the younger kids too. Facilities were clean and well kept. Only downside is they rotate opening the attractions so you have to pick and choose or pay for longer times too experience all there is to offer.
Great location. Very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helped encourage and coach my son when he was going on the zipline. Food court prices were of great value, and we overall had lots of fun. There are massage chairs and an arcade too!
Very happy with this location. Been coming here for years! Toddler time is a must if you have little ones, great for small kiddos. Never overly crowded. Just went for a birthday party, they had multiple parties and it still wasn’t over crowded. They’ve changed it up and there’s so much for the kids to do. Prices are more than fair. Lots of parking. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are also clean and well stocked. Will return and highly recommend. Also interested in checking out other locations.
