Zero ventilation and extremely hot inside. They really need more fans throughout the facility. There was also a noticeable burning smell coming from the kitchen, which made the experience even worse. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Place was clean and nice. Employees were spread a little thin and in a mood. There seems to be a lack of communication between them. (ie, one said water cups were free, the other said no...🤷♀️). Be prepared to wait a while at snack bar, thry all walk past you like you are invisible...🙄. But kids loved it. Pretty safe.

At Sky Zone Chula Vista, our group was explicitly told on April 28 that single-visit passes were not available within 120 minutes of closing, and we were pushed into purchasing memberships. Shortly after, another member of our group arrived and was able to purchase a single-visit pass with no issue. This directly contradicts what we were told and raises serious concerns about whether customers are being misled at the counter. We have already attempted to resolve this multiple times and request a refund, but have received no response. At this point, we are requesting immediate follow-up from management and a full resolution. If this continues to go unaddressed, we will escalate through our bank and formal dispute channels.

I love sky zone because if its trampolines that make you flip really high!
