Good overall But they’re bad about keeping some of the best options closed in a way I have not experienced at other SkyZones (like Roswell) Still- we live close by and definitely come here a lot and enjoy it. Watch your kids of course. Trampoline parks are dangerous inherently (why you have to sign that extensive waiver) but it helps if you keep eyes on your kids- even older kids, though definitely under 12.

Great place for the kids to have fun with friends and get some energy out! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially Iyanah, Malik, and Victor! We got the annual passes when they were on sale and they will have paid for themselves within the first month. Totally worth it. Gladiator style balance beam, foam "ball" pit area, practice pads for learning tricks, zip line, big swings, slides with jumps, obstacle course type area, a ninja warrior style vertical running wall, even a bouldering rock climbing wall. Plus arcade games. Add in some free wifi = I get work done + kids have fun.

John & the rest of the staff are top notch. They are so kind, attentive and accommodating! They went above and beyond for me when I brought a my three kids, my two nephews and two of their friends! They are on top of everything even with it being thanksgiving break chaos! The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. I love being a member at this Skyzone in particular because of the staff! Plus the slides and zip line are super fun & unique!! Oh also, we had our son’s 5th birthday here and it was so well organized and the best memories!

While skyzone is an amazing place for children and it’s great idea for a birthday party, I would never host a birthday party there again. This is not to bash Skyzone but the structure for the birthday parties is just a little pricey for not much in return. For almost $400 and the children can’t jump after we have been released from the party room is absurd. Any other center allows for guests to enjoy the facility after the party has been concluded. I would have come out better just paying for time for my party guests. For one hour of jump time and one hour in a “party room” and 2 pizzas just seems a bit excessive and we still had to pay for jump time after so the children could continue to enjoy theirselves!

We attended a birthday party here and it was ok. The staff was really nice and the pizza was decent. Apparently the party was initially scheduled for 10 or 1030 AM but then they reached out to them and said they forgot that their hours had changed so the party had to be at noon. That was a downer for us because my son usually naps at that time so we almost backed out of coming. He still had a good time but I definitely think it’s more fun for “big kids”. I do like that the staff were making sure the kids followed the rules. Since I didn’t reserve the play, I don’t know what the usual rates are, however, I don’t typically like “timed” play and having to purchase special socks. We didn’t get to try any of the games when you first walk in but overall it wasn’t a bad time.
