The staff was nice unfortunately I got stopped every time I tried to Hold my toddlers hand while he jumped. I was only an observer and he was scared to jump alone, so I would hold his hand and they would tell me that I wasn’t supposed to do that. I didn’t care either way. I still done it because he’s only two. Also, I wasn’t told about the age restrictions until after I had already paid for my tickets. The whole reason we came here was for the slide. I’m not joking when I say that my two-year-old is the size a five-year-old, If he was little and fragile, I could understand, but he’s not. Couldn’t even enjoy my stay because my son couldn’t enjoy his play. I will not be coming back. This is not a place for kids of all ages. You should really stop promoting that it is

Love coming here with my 7-year old. The membership is such a great deal, especially with the bring-a-buddy week. The staff is also so nice as well! Today they were so helpful with discussing my child's food allergies (peanuts, treenuts, and chickpeas, allergy discussions get weird sometimes!) and the friends that came with us didn't bring sky zone socks but one of the people in a blue shirt gave them a couple for free. I know this isn't standard practice and it was such a kind gesture today. Thank you so much!

The staff was very kind, nice and accommodating however the rules they have in place here are so extreme we weren’t able to play together or have any fun. I understand rules, I’m a rule follower but this was too much. I got stopped more times than I can count for holding my 2 year olds hands and jumping with him. He was so sad we couldn’t play together. I came here for fun and ended up hearing and saying “no” more than we laughed or smiled. There’s lots of other trampoline places with reasonable rules. I’d recommend those. Won’t be coming back.

I took my son here a couple weeks ago and he had the best time… until he got stuck at the top of one of the obstacles. The staff was excellent and came right to his aid to help him down with a ladder. His confidence definitely got the best of him that day, but the staff helped to calm him down after and even offered to show him how to use the fireman pole the next time he came in. Truly a caring staff! We will be returning soon!

Sky Zone is honestly one of the most fun spots to hang out — whether you’re going with friends, family, or just trying to get some energy out. The staff are super chill and keep things safe without killing the vibe. The trampolines are clean, bouncy, and there’s a ton of different sections — dodgeball, foam pit, basketball dunk zones, and more. The music and lights make it feel like a full mini party, and it’s easy to spend hours there without getting bored. Prices are fair for what you get, and the atmosphere is just pure energy. Definitely recommend for birthdays, weekend plans, or just to move around and laugh a lot.
