One person at check-in on a Saturday morning when parties are booked is unacceptable. The wait is simply too long. Especially when you have other workers in the food area that are doing nothing

Very misleading, you will be paying $7 for 🧦 when u could just wear any old socks but it’s mandatory to wear their socks and QR code does not work so you will be forced to stand in line at their computer to log in and they try to get you to deign an annual membership where you can forget it about it and be automatically charged the following year

I love this place as a place to spend time with my grand kids. If you're older be ready to use lidocaine the next day. But you'll have a great time.

This place had 2 staff working, 2 in the entire place, we waited at the counter to buy tickets, we waited over a half hour in line to order a pizza. While I do feel bad for the staff, this is ridiculous. I have now been waiting another 30 minutes on my pizza which appears to not even have been started. I finally see the woman who ordered 2 people behind me get her pizza prior to me so i was upset and asked for a refund, she tries to tell me they were really busy and i told her the person behind me already got their pizza so i just want a refund. She told me she didn't need my credit card to issue the refund which i thought was odd, so cross my fingers i actually get it. As our first time here it has not been very impressive and if they're short staffed regularly I would not recommend coming here

Fantastic location. I'd been to other locations and thought I wasn't a Skyzone fan after that, but I went to a party here with my son which led into me having his party here which led into me buying a membership today. The staff is professional, attentive to the rules and very kind with the kids.
