We brought my 11 year old and a group of friends here. They had a great time in the trampoline park. The party room service was excellent, they took good care of us.

Had a great visit on MLK day! Busy as kids are off school, but staff and manager handled it well. Clean and priced well. We will be back!

Was told by sales person that an annual pass allowed the holder to bring 2 buddies up to 3 times per month with additional specials offered periodically. Her name was Ann. I bought the pass for my son in law and his two boys as a Christmas gift. When he went to use it, the general manager, Cindy, told him that it can only be used once per month and could not show anywhere in the paperwork or online where it states the number of monthly uses per pass. She refuses to honor what the employee told me. She also refuses any refund stating all sales are final. Completely wrong! I would never have bought the pass! I am furious! How do I get my money back? I am so embarrassed. It was supposed to be a gift for my grandsons, Emmett age 7 and Brayden age 5,and they cannot even use it! THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED! I was able to speak with a district manager who helped me. I am satisfied and my grandsons WILL be able to jump to their hearts are content.

Kids loved it, there are lots of different areas and things to do. There was a shortage of places to sit and was a bit crowded.

We visited this Sky Zone for my daughter’s birthday and were really disappointed. The park is notably smaller than others we’ve been to, and it felt more crowded because of the limited space. There were fewer trampolines, and several things were broken — including the slide, which was completely closed. We only stayed about 30 minutes because the kids got bored fast. I had just paid for a membership, not realizing it was only valid at this specific location. That ended up costing us $125 for a place that honestly isn’t worth the price — especially for older kids. This was supposed to be a special birthday outing for my 11 year old and it ended up being a letdown. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
