Employees were not polite and did not give notice of the online buy one get one free promotion that was being offered. I overheard someone in line and when I brought it to the supervisor on duty attention he told me it was two late since I had already purchased a pass for my four year old son and daughter and wasn’t allowed to give refunds. So I was not happy at all.

Outstanding staff. Friendly, immediately available, circulating throughout huge facility respectfully though directly enforcing safety rules. Well-organized numbers of people allowed to use facility, adding to safety. Varied activities for age appropriate participation. A facility designed to maintain high interest visits to facility. Memberships available and well worth the prices.

Although my group enjoyed themselves-out of the 120 minutes paid to jump about 40-60 minutes were wasted on standing in the food lines for simple items like fries, nachos or chicken tenders etc. You wait at least 15-20 minutes to place your order and over 30-40 minutes to get your order! My husband waited 25 minutes just to order a Gatorade because they were making the order ahead of him. One order at a time! They need a better system use numbers and tables OR announce when it ready ANYTHING this was horrible. Staff was very nice and friendly but THE WASTED PLAY TIME WAS RIDICULOUS. We went on a weekday and it was pretty busy I’d NEVER EVER go on a weekend.

Paid 60 bucks for my two year year-old’s first time out there they interrupted this the first few minutes because I had a alternate companies’s grip socks on Waited at the desk for 20 minutes for a very expensive time that I paid for missed my girls first time and our friends that were in town for Christmas only for them to not have the socks, big enough for my feet to have proper grip on their feet This is terrible customer service. We’ve been here a few times before, but will not be back after this in the attitude is terrible.

We had our son's birthday party and it was pretty good. In kind of expensive, $550 with tip for 15 kids. Kind of small but plenty enough room for the kids to have fun. There was no air circulation so everyone was really hot though. They served the pizza and drinks but I still helped. And brought something for us to serve the cake. I don't think we'll do it again though.
