I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I visited once with my son and later discovered I had been signed up for a recurring membership charging me monthly for a long period of time without clearly understanding that I was enrolling in an ongoing subscription. What made things worse was how difficult it was to cancel. I had to create an online account I never previously had just to stop the charges. I also attempted to contact the company multiple times by email regarding a refund and received no response. Parents should be very careful and thoroughly review anything they are asked to sign. The facility itself was fine, but the membership and cancellation practices left a really negative impression.

I would not recommend any birthday parties here. My son had the worst host, who did nothing, nowhere to be found, but was ready to kick us out 15 min before our party ended. I should ask for my money back because gas is too expensive to waste on service like that. Time is to precious and birthdays comes once a year…

Was invited for a birthday party...place is big is there's a lot to do they also have mini arcade games to play food was good and hot ... My kids had a lot of fun!
