The staff here is EXTREMELY unorganized and rude. Went for a birthday party, my husband and kids had their completed waivers and they still did not want to let them in, even when I explained I was not going back there, just them. We got thrown between multiple lines and it was a complete train wreck, there is no sense of organization and the employees seemed to have no idea what was going on. The entire place also smelt extremely strongly of marijuana in the parking lot and inside the building, which was extremly off-putting. Also the bathrooms were a dirty mess, no toilet paper, lines were insane. We won't be coming to this location again.

We have been coming here for a while. The staff has always been very accommodating to my special needs preteen. I have seen staff members play with kids, pushing them on swings, playing dodge ball, jumping with them, etc. I have seen them be yelled at by very rude customers and they have taken it like champs. This place is clean and we come out of our way to come here because of all this. This is not the closest sky zone to us. We love it here!

We had my grandson birthday party here. The kids really enjoyed their selves! Great customer service!

My kids love to go here. This place provides them plenty of exercise. This place is good for kids that can independently roam so probably age 7 or older. It seems to be more challenging for kids who are younger. There is food including wings, pizza etc and drinks such as slushes, soda, lemonade. We got their pepperoni pizza and their sausage pizza along with 1 pitcher of diet Pepsi and 1 pitcher of regular Pepsi. The kids like the Friday and Saturday glow night more than regular hours jump.

For my 2.5 year old, the Little Leapers times are top-notch fun! Peyton is there every Thursday, and he's the best worker a parent with a young kid could ask for! He will remember your kid's name and will ALWAYS make sure your kid is having a great time! He is constantly bouncing between every kid at the place and keeps them engaged and having fun. Bryant and I look forward to many more mornings hanging out at Sky Zone!
