EVERYONE PLEASE READ MY REVIEW!!! I really wish the original owners DEFY didn’t sell to Skyzone or switched to Skyzone. When it used to be DEFY my child and I never had ANY PROBLEMS GETTING IN AT ALL…as regular customers ( no membership) Quick short story my child and I stopped here at Skyzone 2 days in a row and we couldn’t get in as a regular customers!! 1st day we came in the place it got rented out which I understand but they had no signs or any notice for customers to come in. 2nd time we came in there wasn’t nothing going on, we were just coming in as regular customers and then we get told we couldn’t get in unless we buy a membership because it’s past 6pm!? RIDICULOUS! With no type of information anywhere! Regular customers cannot come to Skyzone unless you buy a membership. As a regular customer your best off going too JumpTime, Fly high, or urban air. Where you won’t have to deal with stupid rules enforcing you to buy a membership to a place that you don’t visit a lot. Owners of Skyzone you guys are clowns! Thanks for wasting my time and my child’s time. BRING DEFY BACK!!

I have been trying to cancel membership for weeks, they will not stop taking my money, we don't live there, don't use the membership. When trying to log into the membership portal to cancel, it keeps showing it cannot find my information to cancel. I would not recommend a membership ever

We had such a wonderful experience at Sky Zone thanks to Mr. K! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with the kids the entire time. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and cares about making sure everyone feels safe, included, and has fun. He went above and beyond to interact with the kids and made the experience so much more enjoyable for our family. Employees like Mr. K make all the difference, and Sky Zone is lucky to have him!

The staff were exceptional, early afternoon on a Friday and the staff member that was on the floor to open attractions by request for the kids was going on lunch with the next member still clocking in. Me and my girls had just ordered some drinks and snacks and they wanted to ride the slide, the girl behind the counter, Naomi, was like "no problem" and she went onto the floor to open the slide for them. It was over and above to provide such a great experience for the kids. Thank you to all the staff

There is no longer any super tramps left, they replaced all of them with regular trampolines that barely have any bounce. Emplyoees said it was because their manufacturer discontinued them. My friends and I bought memberships specifically because we thought they had super tramps, and thankfully the employee said she could get us a refund. I also noticed the foam pit was a little low on foam and the inflatable gymnastics mat was so low on air my foot went right though to the floor. This place has definitely declined a lot in the past couple years, but I appreciated the good customer service.
