If I could post zero stars I would. Booked my son's birthday party here 2 weeks in advance. We get there driving down over a half hour away, brought in all our party supplies and were told, there were a couple attractions closed but everything else was open. We get everything settled as we were there 20 min early to get everything straight. The kids go up and everything trampoline related was closed, about 80% of the facility. We were offered no refund and the best they could do was 30% off. We had 12 kids total in our party that most drove a half hour plus to an almost $400 party to not be able to use 3/4 of the place. Nothing posted outside on the door, nobody called/emailed to let us know there was a "permit" problem prior to us even coming. Our party was May 3rd, the notice from the city of Hampton with the permit problem was dated May 1st. You'd think someone would have called the people who booked large parties to give them a heads up... Nothing at all was done to warn us. Poorly managed facility and we will never step foot in there again. Alls they want is your money... Couldn't even speak to the General Manager and was only given his card. Unprofessionalism at its highest. I hope corporate does an assessment on the location. What a shame....

I attended a child’s birthday party today at Sky Zone Hampton and wanted to share some concerns about the experience. When we arrived, we were told that the trampolines were closed. The parents who reserved and paid for the birthday party were not informed of this ahead of time, and there was no signage posted prior to arrival. As an attendee, this was very disappointing to see, especially since the trampolines are the main attraction and what the kids were most excited about. Because of this, a large portion of the experience the party was planned around was unavailable, which impacted all of the children attending. From what I observed, only after it was brought up did staff offer a 30% discount, which didn’t seem to reflect the extent of the issue. Additionally, there were issues during check-in with waivers. A number of parents had already completed waivers in advance and checked their children in as jumpers. However, for myself and several other parents, our waivers could not be found in the system. We were told this “happens sometimes,” and had to re-enter all information and complete the waivers again, which caused delays and added frustration. Lastly, one of the benches in the party room appeared unstable and close to breaking, which raised safety concerns. Even as a guest, the lack of communication, disorganization, and condition of the facility were noticeable and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future parties don’t have the same experience.

2 May 2026: Paid full price for a trampoline park where the trampolines weren’t even working—and there were zero signs or warnings before purchase. Completely misleading. What made it worse: no refund, no voucher, nothing. Charging full price for a partially closed facility is unacceptable. Do better. Be transparent and take care of your customers when your facility isn’t fully operational.

Not worth the money it’s kinda raggedy and most of things in there to climb on is deflated

Clean, many options, good places for the parents to sit. It was comfortable and fun for all.
