Our children always have a good time at Sky Zone, so we decided to spend a little less than a popular Laser Tag facility for a birthday party and jump around instead. We booked a party on a weekday of the winter holiday season. The experience was "meh". I don't know if it was the bad weather outside and/or limited staffing, but we definitely did not feel like the party component was adequate. We had to carry many supplies up ourselves, ask for basic supplies like forks and a knife to cut the cake, and guests had to wait a long time to check in for the party. Ultimately, the birthday kid had a great time just don't expect great customer service.

An excellent kids play area with a fun and safe environment. The place is very clean, well organized, and perfect for children of different ages. Staff are friendly, and parents can feel comfortable while their kids enjoy their time.

I had a very disappointing experience at Skyzone in San Carlos. I only wanted to purchase a single-entry ticket, but the staff kept pushing me to buy a membership that I clearly said I did not need. They were not interested in selling a one-time pass at all. After waiting and discussing this at the entrance, my child had already taken off their jacket and was ready to go in, yet we were still not offered a regular ticket. We ended up leaving without entering. The experience felt uncomfortable and frustrating, especially with a child involved. I do not recommend this place if you are just looking for a simple one-time visit without committing to a membership.

This was a last minute outing with my 6 and 11 year old kids. I booked it for 12 pm on a Sunday morning, they had a lot of open time slots open for that afternoon. I paid around $65 for 90 minutes, you do have to buy their socks if it's your first time. They have 6 different play areas, they also have food and drinks. Definitely bringing a water botle next time. But my kids loved it.

We absolutely love SkyZone San Carlos! My two kids went to a birthday party here today, and guess who we saw — CAMILLE! 🎉 We haven’t seen her in years (back when we had our membership days), and it honestly felt like running into an old friend. She’s still the same amazing, kind, and totally on-top-of-it person we remember. Camille makes sure all the kids are safe and having a blast — basically the superhero of SkyZone! 🦸♀️ She’s so accommodating and patient (even when there’s a million excited kids bouncing in every direction). We’re so grateful for her — she makes SkyZone feel like a second home for our family. 💙 Thank you, Camille, for being awesome
