These guys did a bang up from day one. They were doing my neighbors roof and when I was in my driveway, suggested they could review my roof for any significant damage from a recent hail storm. With my permission, they scaled my roof, took photos, came down to the ground and showed me the damage they saw. They then offered to assist me with filing a claim with my insurance company. I went in the house and retrieved my policy. Using the info in the policy, right then and there Trey, the Project Manager, called the claims department and assisted me with getting a claim opened. Within a day or two later, Trey met the adjustor at my house and went over the damage with him. Within another day or two I had full approval to proceed with the claim. Today, in less than 7 hours, they tore off the old roof and put on a new one. A total of 10 days from start to finish. And they left the place exactly as they found it. Not one bit of old roofing material to be found anywhere in my yard. They do exactly what they said they will do, in a very expedient and professional manner. Trey kept me well informed all through the process, and I also met the other key company owners and employees at my job site over that 10 day period. A professionally run, very competent company that puts their clients interest first! I was very impressed with the skills and knowledge displayed during the entire transaction. Their demo/installation crew was phenomenal.
