I had a disappointing experience with this business. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. Communication was poor, and my concerns were not addressed in a timely or helpful manner. I was hoping for a more professional and customer-focused experience. I would recommend improvements in customer service and follow-through.

As an event planner I can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air working with Slate 360 Rentals! Slate was recommended to me after another vendor cancelled the week of the event. This was a blessing in disguise! Allan was outstanding to work with. He answered every call and delivered on every promise. What was becoming a stressful situation turned into a fun highlight while planning and during the event! I am using them again for my holiday party this year. Great company!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Slate 360 Photobooth Rentals! From start to finish their team was professional, friendly, and super easy to work with. The booth was a huge hit at our event. What impressed us even more was how the Slate team engaged with our guests and made everyone feel comfortable.

We recently used Slate 360 Photo Booth Rentals for our event, and they were a huge hit! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The team arrived early to set everything up and made sure everything was working perfectly before guests arrived. The photo booth itself was sleek, modern, and super easy to use. Guests loved the 360 feature – it added such a fun and interactive element to the night! The video quality was excellent, and we received a ton of amazing clips that we’ll treasure forever.

10/10!! Oh my god have never experienced such amazing costumer service. Equipment was rented out for a birthday party..first time ever renting out one of these and definitely satisfied after my experience.
