I had a disappointing experience with this business. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. Communication was poor, and my concerns were not addressed in a timely or helpful manner. I was hoping for a more professional and customer-focused experience. I would recommend improvements in customer service and follow-through.

10/10!! Oh my god have never experienced such amazing costumer service. Equipment was rented out for a birthday party..first time ever renting out one of these and definitely satisfied after my experience. Every thing came together and neat, and the guest absolutely loved it. Definitely the star of the night!! Would recommend for anyone else🤘🤘
