My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at Slate and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The venue is absolutely stunning—modern, chic, and totally customizable if you want (we kept it simple). The team was incredibly helpful, laid-back, and responsive throughout the planning process, offering great suggestions and making everything feel easy. The day itself went off without a hitch thanks to their seamless coordination. We had the most special and fun night, and our guests are still raving about it. Highly recommend Slate to any couple looking for a stylish, well-run, non-ballroom space for their wedding. Huge thanks to the whole team!

We were personally invited to attend Slate's Cheers to Fall event. They did an excellent job hosting us industry professionals. The venue was quite spacious, the decor was inviting with couches, and the food was fabulous. If you are looking for a venue for your next event this is it! I loved that it can be customized. I recently attended an industry event at Slate Event Space, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food and drinks were absolutely fabulous—creative, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff was amazing, so attentive and accommodating, making sure everyone was well taken care of throughout the night. The venue itself has such a cool vibe, perfect for hosting a party or special event.

I'd vote 6 stars if google allowed. My colleagues and I had an amazing experience at Slate! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfect. The food? So delicious we’re still talking about it (that Mac and cheeeese!) The space was spotless, including the washrooms (which is always a bonus). The venue's central location made getting there a breeze, and their drinks were dangerously good! If you’re looking for a modern, flexible space with top-notch service and a killer vibe, Slate delivers on all fronts.

Just attended a playnow sports private event for viewing the Canucks playoff game 1 ..the space was the perfect size and the crowd was electric..hats off to playnow for making the game special. The food was excellent and it's keeping with pub and game food was perfect .Great spot to host a small event
