This was a spa-day with high tea bought as a deal for my birthday from my daughter.......from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. Shannon took us through everything - showing us the facilities, answering our questions and smoothing out a couple of small hiccups we had straightaway! My daughter had Natasha for her treatments and I had Nadia for mine - can honestly say they both excel at what they do, we would definitely ask for them when we come again! Slight hiccup with high tea arrival but Shannon was fantastic and put everything to rights very quickly......would say that it could have been a bit warmer in the spa-area whilst having our high tea, rather cool. Such a lovely day - huge "Thank you" to all of the staff for making us feel so welcome!

Visited today with my mum for the winter warmer package. We both had a massage, facial and head massage with therapists Shannon and Maisy. Our treatments were amazing, we felt we floated home afterwards. Such a treat - thank you both!

My treatment was everything I wanted it to be, relaxing, professional and reviving. Would definitely return for a treatment. Spa area is small but effective, pool area is nice and clean and the sauna and steam room are all you need!

My mum and I came to visit the Spa today to use a Christmas present believe it or not from last year! We received two treatments each and both Philomena and Nadia were absolutely fantastic. They were both so professional and made us both feel at ease straight away. Thank you for such a wonderful experience 💖 x

My friends and I were greeted by Shannon who said out appointments were running slightly late (about 15 mins) and she kindly made us hot drinks whilst we waited. I then had my treatments with Hannah who was fabulous. I had a hot stone back massage, facial and hot stone foot massage and an added on the extra foot treatment. All the treatments were wonderful and the heated bed was fab and really comfy. Shannon and Hannah were very friendly and my friends loved their treatments too. We will definitely be back!
