I’ve been going to Antoanette for over 15 years, and I can confidently say she is the best! She’s professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough every single time. Her attention to detail and caring personality make every appointment comfortable and enjoyable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my waxing. Highly recommended! 💛

I have been looking around the area for a good wax bar. My experience here was ok. I had a full Brazilian done and had quite a bit of hair. She is really fast. It took her about 5 waxes to complete the Brazilian and I was in and out of there in 20 mins. Personally, I prefer someone who takes a bit more of a gentle approach. I also prefer the wax that doesn’t use strips. She used a combination of three different waxes including one with the strip which was more painful for me. If you are looking for a quick wax then this is the place for you.

Went here for my first wax ever, decided on a french bikini and Antoanette could not have made me feel more at ease about it all. She was thorough, comforting, detailed and a great conversationalist. She explained the process, the type of wax being used and why, and made me feel safe and heard! Would 10/10 suggest Slick Wax Bar to anyone looking for a wax. Seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience!

Slick Wax is hands down, the best wax in Toronto! I do not trust anyone else to do my waxing except Antoanette. She uses special high quality wax that I’ve never seen any other wax salon use, and it makes such a difference. She’s fast and efficient, and on top of that, she has the best personality!

Antoanette is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She really cares about her clients and will always do what’s best for you! She took her time to treat an awful ingrown the first time I went - something no one else would have bothered to do. The wax she uses is very high quality; I used to breakout all the time a day or two after my treatment, but not since I started with her! Highly recommend
