Slow Burn Bookshop is a fantastic new addition to Nashville! They have a great selection of books, and the owner is absolutely awesome—welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s a space that feels inclusive and inviting to people of any culture or background. I highly recommend stopping by, browsing, and supporting this wonderful local bookstore. I’ll definitely be back!

I loved shopping at Slow Burn when it was a mobile book shop, and I’m so excited that there is now a permanent location. There are so many indie book stores worth supporting, but what makes this one special is the hand-curated assortment and personal recommendations by the lovely owner. Shopping here has inspired me to try new genres that I wouldn’t typically pick up, and I’ve found some incredible indie books here as well. Slow Burn has something for everyone - even a hard to please romance hater like me. I love that they also offer curated book clubs. The community they are building in Nashville makes this big city feel so close knit, and dare I say, romantic.
