I highly recommend Slow Ride if you want high quality tattoo work as well as customer service. As soon as I walked in I was quickly greeted by a most excellent tattoo artist Emma. Immediately felt comfortable. She took time to listen to what I wanted and quickly had my idea drawn up. I got exactly what I was looking for. I'm so impressed with everything about both of my experiences. I've waited for a long to to find a place and artist who understood my imagination and damn If couldn't have hit the nail on the head any better. Slow Ride is the place and Emma is the artist for the plethora of art I still plan on getting. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

I want to start by saying that I genuinely admire the work I’ve seen from Logan Mara and others at the shop. That’s the reason I reached out in the first place and was willing to invest a significant amount of money to work with him. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to a lack of professionalism. We first discussed my tattoo in September. I came in for photos at his request, put down a $200 deposit in October, and booked an appointment months in advance. I rescheduled once in December without issue to a January appointment. I texted to confirm the appointment the day before and was told everything was still on. The morning of the appointment, I received a text canceling, stating he no longer felt confident he could execute the piece. While I appreciate honesty and would never want an artist to do work they aren’t confident in, canceling the day of — after months of discussion, planning, saving money, and confirmation — was extremely unprofessional. I had set aside the time, ensured my availability, and saved specifically for this appointment with the expectation that it was happening. Being told at the last minute that the appointment was cancelled felt extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. I did receive my deposit back, which I appreciate, but the handling of the situation was not acceptable. Clear communication earlier on would have made a huge difference.

By far the best tattoo experience I have had. The shop is spotless and the atmosphere is great. Aaron is insanely talented and does incredible work, can’t recommend him more!

Slowride Tattoo is hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been working with Logan for years now, and he’s not just an incredibly talented artist, he’s become a good friend. Every time I sit in his chair, I know I’m walking out with something amazing. His linework, creativity, and attention to detail are just next level. But it’s not just Logan. Every artist in that shop is ridiculously good at what they do. Whatever your style, someone at Slowride can absolutely crush it. I’ve seen pieces from everyone there, and I’m constantly impressed. The shop itself is super clean and has this great laid-back energy. Just a solid group of people who love what they do and treat their clients right. Whether you’re getting your first tattoo or adding to a full sleeve, you’re going to get top-tier work in a professional, friendly environment. Trust me, once you go, you won’t want to go anywhere else.
