Above and beyond. Could not recommend these guys enough. What a brilliant team from call conception, with a super helpful a lovely person named Ashley to service in home with Dwight. I had a horrific experience with a different company in the morning, called Slugs and Bugs mid morning and although they were fully booked, they did a shuffle due to the severity of what had happened in the morning, and sent someone out the same day. I had been putting off booking a pest service because I felt overwhelmed with the choices and prices but when I stumbled onto Slug A Bug I was excited. Reasonable prices and the fact that I could easily book online had me sold. I was even able to book a service for the very next day!! I was already happy at this point but then in walked Dwight. Well called - he was communicative and so flipping friendly. Whilst working he was easily able to explain what the procedures were and make recommendations on issues we have now or could face in the future. My husband and I enjoyed the service and positive vibes he provided. I would happily recommend this company and the ever awesome Dwight to anyone. Come for the bug puns stay for the quality!

The Guys at Slug A Bug came and serviced my property for Termite Protection. They were all very professional and friendly, were on time, smashed out the job in a couple of hours, were super thorough and tidy in their work. They colour matched the drill bungs to match my outdoors and garage. Very happy with the work and guarantee of their work. The whole team is absolutely fantastic and reassured me of the product used as i am very sensitive to some chemicals with no issues on that front. Would highly recommend getting this team to protect your house A+ company to deal with 😊
